## TERMS & CONDITIONS By making a booking or participating in an Infinite Traveler trip, the traveler confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all travelers, including members of private groups, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

* Photos and videos created during Infinite Traveler trips by the Company, content creators, employees, or travelers may be used by Infinite Traveler for legitimate marketing, promotional and advertising purposes across digital and offline platforms, subject to applicable law. * Travelers acknowledge that group trips may involve photography and videography. * No person may commercially reproduce, sell or use Company-created content, branding or proprietary material without prior written permission from Infinite Traveler. * If a traveler has a specific privacy concern regarding identifiable personal content, they should communicate it to Infinite Traveler at the earliest reasonable opportunity.

* Full payment of the trip cost must be received before departure unless otherwise agreed in writing. * Pending or incomplete payments may result in cancellation of the booking as per the applicable cancellation policy. * Bookings are non-transferable unless approved by Infinite Traveler in writing. * Only the traveler names submitted and confirmed at the time of booking will be permitted to travel. * Any undertaking, declaration or consent form required by Infinite Traveler must be completed and signed before departure. * The traveler is responsible for providing accurate personal information and documents at the time of booking.

* A valid Government-issued photo ID is mandatory for every traveler. * Travelers must report at the designated departure point at least **30 minutes before** the scheduled departure time. * Departure time is fixed. The vehicle will not ordinarily be delayed for late-arriving travelers. * If a traveler misses the scheduled departure, **no refund will be provided for the missed transportation or unused inclusions**, subject to applicable law and the Company's refund policy. * Infinite Traveler may make reasonable reminder calls/messages before departure; however, receipt or response to such reminders remains the traveler's responsibility. * Any cost of reaching the group independently after missing departure shall be borne by the traveler.

All travelers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly towards other travelers, Company representatives, drivers, hotel staff, guides, activity operators and local persons. The following are strictly prohibited: * Physical fighting or assault; * Abusive, threatening or intimidating language; * Harassment or bullying; * Intentional disturbance of other travelers; * Theft or attempted theft; * Damage to Company, hotel, vehicle or third-party property; * Possession or consumption of narcotics or banned substances; * Any illegal activity; * Deliberate refusal to follow reasonable safety or operational instructions. Infinite Traveler may take appropriate action, including removal of the concerned traveler from the trip, where reasonably necessary for safety, discipline or operational reasons. No refund shall ordinarily be payable for the unused portion of the trip where a traveler is removed due to their own serious misconduct, subject to applicable law. Any additional transportation, accommodation, medical, legal, repair or other expenses arising from a traveler's misconduct shall be borne by the concerned traveler.

* Personal disputes or disagreements between travelers must not be allowed to disturb the group or trip operations. * Travelers must not engage in arguments, threats, verbal abuse or physical confrontation. * Seat disputes, room disputes or other disagreements must be reported to the **Captain / Trip Leader / Infinite Traveler representative** instead of being handled through confrontation. * Infinite Traveler representatives may attempt to de-escalate disputes and coordinate a reasonable solution, but they are not law-enforcement or security personnel and cannot guarantee prevention of every individual act of violence or misconduct. * In cases involving assault, serious threats, theft, vandalism, prohibited substances or suspected criminal activity, Infinite Traveler may contact local police/authorities and cooperate with them as required. * Each traveler remains personally responsible for the consequences of their own actions.

* Seating will be managed according to the applicable transport arrangement, booking structure and operational requirements. * Travelers must not forcibly occupy, exchange or claim another traveler's seat without consent. * Any seating dispute must be brought to the Captain/Trip Leader/Company representative. * Travelers are required to cooperate with reasonable instructions relating to seating, boarding, departure, safety and group movement. * Infinite Traveler may make reasonable seating adjustments when required for operational, safety or group-management reasons.

If a traveler voluntarily leaves the trip, vehicle, group, accommodation or itinerary for personal reasons, dissatisfaction, a dispute with another traveler or any other reason: * It will be treated as the traveler's voluntary withdrawal from the trip. * No automatic refund or compensation will be payable for unused transportation, accommodation, meals, sightseeing, activities or other inclusions. * Any alternative transportation, accommodation or other expenses arranged by the traveler shall be borne by the traveler. * If the traveler independently books a bus, taxi, cab, train or other transportation after leaving the trip, Infinite Traveler shall not be responsible for reimbursing such cost unless the reimbursement was expressly approved by Infinite Traveler in writing before the expense was incurred.

Standard room configurations are: * **Quad Sharing:** 1 double bed + 2 ground mattresses per room * **Triple Sharing:** 1 double bed + 1 ground mattress per room * **Double Sharing:** 1 double bed per room **Standard Check-in:** 12:00 PM **Standard Check-out:** 11:00 AM Early check-in or specific room requests are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Travelers are responsible for maintaining reasonable cleanliness and must compensate the hotel/property directly for damage caused by them.

* Transport services may be provided through third-party transport operators. * Air-conditioning may be switched off in hilly, steep or otherwise unsuitable areas where the driver considers it necessary for safety or vehicle performance. * Bus halts and rest stops, particularly for Volvo or other scheduled transport services, are determined by the transport operator/driver and may not always be controlled by Infinite Traveler. * Any damage caused by a traveler to the vehicle or transport property shall be recoverable from the person responsible. * Vehicles are checked and arranged with reasonable care before departure; however, mechanical failures, breakdowns, tyre punctures, traffic congestion or other operational issues may occur unexpectedly. In such circumstances, Infinite Traveler will make reasonable efforts to arrange repair, replacement transportation or another practical solution as soon as reasonably possible. Resulting delays, missed sightseeing, itinerary changes or inconvenience caused by such unforeseen circumstances shall not automatically create a right to refund or compensation, subject to applicable law.

* Travelers are responsible for their own luggage, valuables, mobile phones, wallets, documents and personal belongings. * Infinite Traveler is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings except where liability is imposed by applicable law. * Travelers should avoid carrying unnecessary valuables and should take reasonable care of their belongings during the trip.

* Trekking, camping, hiking, adventure activities and travel in mountainous/remote areas may involve physical risks and challenging conditions. * Travelers should assess their own fitness and suitability before participating. * Travelers must follow the safety instructions of guides, activity operators, drivers and Company representatives. * Infinite Traveler may restrict participation in an activity where the concerned guide/operator reasonably considers participation unsafe. * Travelers should disclose relevant medical, physical or other limitations where reasonably necessary for safe participation.

* In case of illness, injury or medical emergency, Infinite Traveler or its representative may assist in arranging local medical assistance, transportation or evacuation where reasonably possible. * Medical, hospital, ambulance, evacuation, medicine and related expenses shall be borne by the traveler unless otherwise covered by applicable insurance or expressly agreed by Infinite Traveler. * Travelers are responsible for carrying necessary personal medicines and medical documents. * Infinite Traveler does not provide medical insurance unless specifically stated in writing.

Travel plans may be affected by: * Rain, snowfall or extreme weather; * Landslides or roadblocks; * Traffic congestion; * Road closures; * Government restrictions; * Local restrictions; * Natural disasters; * Strikes or protests; * Vehicle or operational issues; * Group safety or fitness concerns; * Other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Infinite Traveler. Infinite Traveler reserves the right to modify the route, timing, sightseeing, activity or itinerary where reasonably necessary for safety, operational feasibility or circumstances beyond its control. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative arrangement wherever practical. Such changes do not automatically entitle the traveler to a refund, reimbursement or compensation for an inclusion that becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, subject to applicable law and the applicable refund policy.

Any additional cost arising from a traveler's personal decision, misconduct, missed departure, voluntary itinerary change, medical requirement, personal transportation, personal request or other individual circumstance shall be borne by that traveler. Additional expenses arising from unavoidable operational or natural circumstances may also be payable by travelers where clearly communicated and reasonably necessary for continuation of the trip.

* No refund will ordinarily be provided for services, meals, activities, sightseeing, accommodation or transportation voluntarily not used by a traveler. * Leaving the trip voluntarily does not create an automatic right to a refund. * Cancellation refunds, where applicable, will be governed by the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking. * No refund or compensation will ordinarily be payable for delays, itinerary changes or missed inclusions caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Infinite Traveler, subject to applicable law.

Hotels, transport operators, activity providers, guides, restaurants and other suppliers may be independent third-party service providers. Infinite Traveler will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with such providers and address service issues. Where an issue is caused solely by a third-party provider despite reasonable care and coordination by Infinite Traveler, the Company shall not be responsible beyond the remedies available under applicable law and the relevant booking terms.

* Infinite Traveler does not provide travel insurance unless specifically mentioned in the package/booking confirmation. * Travelers are strongly advised to obtain suitable travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, baggage loss, trip interruption and other relevant risks. * Infinite Traveler shall not be responsible for loss, injury, delay or expense arising solely from events beyond its reasonable control or from the traveler's own negligence, misconduct or violation of these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law. * Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

The Captain, Trip Leader or authorized Infinite Traveler representative may issue reasonable instructions relating to safety, departure, seating, group movement, accommodation coordination and general trip operations. Travelers are required to cooperate with such instructions. Where an immediate decision is required for safety or operational reasons, the representative may take reasonable temporary measures and communicate the situation to the group.

Infinite Traveler shall not be responsible for failure, delay or modification of services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government orders, road closures, strikes, civil unrest, pandemics, transportation failures, accidents or other unforeseen events. The Company will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and assist travelers with practical alternatives where possible.

By booking or participating in an Infinite Traveler trip, the traveler confirms that: * They have read and understood these Terms & Conditions; * They agree to follow reasonable instructions from Infinite Traveler and its representatives; * They understand that group travel requires cooperation, discipline and mutual respect; * They understand that travel may involve delays, operational changes and unforeseen circumstances; * They are responsible for their own conduct, belongings and personal expenses; * They will not engage in violence, abuse, harassment, illegal activity or behaviour that disrupts the trip. ### FINAL NOTE **Infinite Traveler is a travel community built around safety, honesty, responsible travel and shared experiences. These Terms & Conditions are intended to ensure a safe, organized and enjoyable journey for all travelers.**
