Terms & Conditions

All photos and videos created during Infinite Traveler trips (by either content creators or clients) shall remain the sole property of Infinite Traveler. This content may only be used by Infinite Traveler for marketing and advertising across digital and offline platforms. No individual is permitted to use or reproduce this content without prior written permission from Infinite Traveler.

- **Full Payment Before Departure:** Full payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending payments may result in cancellation without refund. - **Non-Transferable Bookings:** Bookings are non-transferable. Only the names submitted at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel. - **Undertaking Form:** An undertaking form will be shared before the booking or prior to departure. Signing this document is mandatory for all participants.

- **Mandatory Government ID:** Valid Government-issued ID (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID) is mandatory for all travelers. No boarding will be allowed without ID verification. - **Strict Departure Timing:** Departure time is fixed and must be strictly followed. Travelers are required to report 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. If a participant misses the bus, no refund will be provided. You will receive two reminder calls before departure. - **No Smoking & Drinking:** Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during the trip and while on board vehicles. - **Zero Tolerance on Narcotics:** Consumption or possession of narcotics and banned substances is strictly prohibited. - **Discipline & Behavior:** Misconduct or indiscipline during the trip may lead to immediate expulsion without any refund.

- **Quad Sharing:** 1 double bed + 2 ground mattresses per room - **Triple Sharing:** 1 double bed + 1 ground mattress per room - **Double Sharing:** 1 double bed per room - **Timings:** Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM (Early check-in subject to availability)

- **Hilly Area AC Policy:** Air-conditioning will be switched off in hilly areas. The hill pilot/driver has full discretion to turn off AC for engine safety and steep climb performance. - **Bus Halts:** Bus halts (especially for Volvo and luxury buses) are decided by the transport operator, not Infinite Traveler. - **Property Damage:** Any damage to transport or property by a traveler will be charged to that individual directly. - **Breakdown & Vehicle Maintenance Protocol:** All vehicles are checked and considered roadworthy before departure. However, unforeseen mechanical failures, breakdowns, or tyre punctures may occur during the journey despite necessary inspections. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to repair the vehicle or arrange a backup vehicle as soon as possible. Travelers are requested to cooperate and remain patient, as repairs or replacement arrangements may take time depending on the location and circumstances. Any resulting delays, missed sightseeing, itinerary changes, or inconvenience shall not entitle the traveler to any refund, compensation, or claim against Infinite Traveler.

- **Personal Responsibility:** Travelers are responsible for their own belongings and luggage. Infinite Traveler is not liable for any lost or damaged items during the tour. - **Fitness Requirement:** Physically demanding activities like high-altitude trekking or camping require basic physical fitness. Please travel accordingly.

- **Unused Inclusions:** No refunds will be made for any inclusions or meals not availed by the client. - **Natural Weather & Roadblocks:** No refunds or adjustments will be made if the itinerary or transport is affected due to natural conditions (rain, landslides, roadblocks, snowfall, etc.). - **Rerouting Expenses:** Any additional expenses due to itinerary changes during the trip (e.g., transport rerouting or extra hotel stays) shall be borne by the client. - **Real-Time Safety Schedule Changes:** Weather, road conditions, and group fitness may require real-time changes in the schedule. Infinite Traveler reserves the right to make such changes in the interest of passenger safety and comfort. - **Operational Reality of Himalayan Routes:** Vehicle breakdowns, mechanical failures, traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions, government restrictions, or any other unforeseen transportation-related delays may affect the itinerary, sightseeing schedule, or trip experience. Infinite Traveler will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternative transportation or necessary solutions; however, any delay, missed sightseeing, activity, or itinerary modification arising from such circumstances shall not entitle the traveler to any refund, compensation, reimbursement, or claim against Infinite Traveler. - **Service Deficiency Disclaimer:** The traveler acknowledges that travel in remote, mountainous, and adventure destinations may involve unavoidable delays and operational challenges beyond the control of Infinite Traveler. Such situations shall not be considered a deficiency of service.

- **No Inherent Insurance:** Infinite Traveler does not provide insurance for accidents, sickness, theft, or losses of any kind. - **Travel Insurance Recommended:** Clients are strongly advised to obtain suitable travel and medical insurance before the trip. - **Limitation of Liability:** Infinite Traveler is not responsible for delays, injuries, accidents, or expenses arising from events beyond its control (natural hazards, breakdowns, strikes, political closures, etc.).
