About This Experience

The **Bhrigu Lake Trek** is a popular Himalayan trek in Himachal Pradesh’s beautiful Kullu Valley. The trail leads to the stunning Bhrigu Lake, situated at an altitude of approximately **4,300 metres (14,100 feet)** above sea level. **Alpine Meadows:** The trail passes through vast alpine meadows, often compared to the Swiss Alps. They remain lush green during summer and turn golden-brown in autumn. **Flora & Fauna:** The trek takes you through beautiful forests of oak, cedar and silver birch. Depending on the season, you may spot the **Himalayan Monal** and colourful Himalayan wildflowers, including rhododendrons and blue poppies.

Detailed Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 0
Departure from Delhi & Chandigarh | Overnight Journey.
  • The group assembles at the pickup point at 8-9 PM (Tentative), pickup point would be Kashmiri Gate Isbt.
  • Chandigarh Pickup is from Suhana Gurudwara or Sector 43 - ISBT (Tentative).
  • Overnight Journey.
Day 1
From Manali to Gulaba 22km Drive | Trek to Rola Kholi 6km
  • Pickup from Manali Mall Road at 8:00 AM and drive to Gulaba.
  • Start the trek from Gulaba to Rola Kholi Base Camp through beautiful Oak & Cedar forests.
  • Enjoy scenic Himalayan views and reach the campsite by afternoon.
  • Relax and enjoy the peaceful mountain surroundings.
  • Dinner followed by overnight stay at Camps.
  • Drive: 24 km | Trek: 6 km | Duration: 7–8 Hours | Altitude: 6,700 ft to 12,590 ft
Day 2
Rola Kholi – Bhrigu Lake Summit & Back | 10km Round trip
  • Wake up early and have breakfast.
  • Start the trek towards Bhrigu Lake at around 6:00 AM.
  • Trek through scenic alpine landscapes and rocky trails.
  • Reach Bhrigu Lake and enjoy the stunning Himalayan views.
  • Spend some time at the lake before starting the trek back to Rola Kholi.
  • Dinner followed by overnight stay at the camp.
  • Trek: 10 km Round Trip | Duration: 7–8 Hours | 12,590 ft to 14,100 ft
Day 3
Rola Kholi – Gulaba – Manali | Depart for Delhi
  • After breakfast, start the descent towards Gulaba.
  • Reach Gulaba and drive back to Manali.
  • Reach Manali by afternoon/evening.
  • Trip ends with beautiful Himalayan memories.
  • Trek: 6 km | Drive: 24 km | Duration: 6–7 Hours
